Cross Training

Cross Training 2010-2011

Cross Training is an educational opportunity in a classroom or small group setting that focuses on the basics of faith and church teachings. Middle School students engage in a series of short units using the latest curriculum available. Most lessons will have video, worksheet, and group discussion components. Lisa DeYoung will be teaching the 6th, 7th, and 8th grades together in the main Summit Room upstairs. After morning worship students are encouraged to come up to the Summit for refreshments and games. Class will start promptly at 10:50am and will dismiss at 11:35. Youth Group and Turning Point leaders will serve as hosts, welcoming students and offerings snacks and drinks. Students MUST clean up their snack, plates, cups, napkins, ect. after class time is over. If there is a mess there will be no snack for any students the following week! See the schedule to the right for all the Cross Training dates (they coincide with other Sunday morning discipleship opportunities at Georgetown). More information about upcoming series will be provided as the year unfolds. If you have questions, please contact Eric.
